1. Accounts and authority
Provide accurate information and keep account credentials and API keys secure. You must have authority to act for the business you connect and control or be authorized to use its domains, content and recipient information. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Services and results
Services may include business analysis, reports, website and marketing work, AI-assisted content, email sending and DNS setup. Availability depends on the selected service and third-party platforms. Reports and AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, sales, inbox placement or uninterrupted availability. SES acceptance is not a guarantee of delivery.
3. Acceptable use and email responsibilities
Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, spam, unlawful content, infringement, unauthorized access or activity that harms others. Send email only where you have a lawful basis and any required recipient consent. Commercial messages must include required sender identification and a working unsubscribe mechanism where applicable. You are responsible for honoring opt-outs, maintaining consent records and complying with applicable rules, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation when it applies.
4. DNS connections
Automatic DNS setup requires your authorization and valid provider credentials. It adds required authentication records and stops when conflicting records are detected. DNS changes and verification may take time and can be affected by provider errors or existing configurations. Review the displayed records and status. Disconnecting stops future automatic setup and removes saved credentials, but does not remove records already created.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content and data you supply. You grant us the permissions necessary to host, process, transmit and use that material to deliver the services you request, including through service providers. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Miri’s own website materials and software remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Prices, payments and cancellation
Prices, taxes, payment schedules, renewal terms and deliverables are those shown at checkout or agreed in writing. Third-party provider fees may be separate unless expressly included. Refunds and cancellations follow the applicable order or service agreement and any mandatory consumer rights. Contact us about billing issues or to request cancellation.
7. Third-party platforms
Connected platforms, payment processors, email providers and DNS providers operate under their own terms, limits and policies. Their outages, account restrictions or API changes may affect our services. Keep the permissions and subscriptions required for your chosen integrations valid.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend service to address misuse, security risks, excessive complaints or bounces, unpaid charges or third-party restrictions. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to resolve it. You may stop using the service and contact us about closing your account or retrieving information, subject to applicable retention requirements.
9. Responsibility and applicable rights
You are responsible for reviewing content, protecting your credentials and using the service appropriately. To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided without a promise that they will meet every requirement or be error-free, and we are not responsible for indirect losses or outcomes outside our reasonable control. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and questions
We may update these terms and publish the revised date here. Material changes will be communicated where required. If a change is unacceptable, stop using the affected service and contact us about your account. A specific written agreement takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
