Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This policy explains how Miri handles information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our business tools and services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including contact details, account information, business profiles, inquiries, content, report requests and billing records. When you use email services, this may include sender and recipient addresses, message content, delivery events and suppression records. DNS connections include the domains and authorization credentials you choose to provide.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, manage accounts, provide requested reports and services, generate and organize marketing content, send authorized email, verify domains, process payments, troubleshoot problems and prevent misuse. We may also analyze publicly available business information to prepare business reports.

3. Service providers and sharing

Information needed to deliver a service may be processed by hosting, email, payment, analytics, AI and DNS providers. For example, email delivery uses Amazon SES and delivery event services; authorized DNS configuration communicates with your chosen DNS provider. AI-assisted work may send relevant business information and prompts to the configured AI provider. Payment providers process payment details under their own policies. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.

4. Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies or similar storage for sessions, sign-in, security and user preferences. Google Analytics may be enabled on public pages to understand website usage. Browser settings and privacy tools can limit cookies and tracking, though restricting essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

5. Email events and tracking

Email delivery, bounce and complaint events help operate the service and prevent repeat delivery to blocked recipients. Where open or click tracking is enabled, it may record message interactions. An open does not prove that someone read a message, and a click may come from an automated scanner. Merchants are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any required consent from their recipients.

6. DNS authorization and security

DNS credentials supplied for automatic configuration are stored encrypted and used to perform authorized setup. Disconnecting a DNS connection removes its saved credentials and stops future automatic configuration; records already published remain. We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention and international processing

We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Providers may process information outside your province or country, where different laws may apply. Deletion requests may be subject to legitimate retention requirements and backup cycles.

8. Your choices and requests

Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, to ask about our practices, or to withdraw consent where applicable. We may verify your identity before acting. Some requests may affect the services we can provide. For messages sent by a merchant, you can also contact the sender directly about their recipient records and communications.

9. Third-party services and changes

Linked websites and external platforms have their own privacy practices. This policy does not replace their policies. We may update this policy as services or practices change and will publish the revised date here. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for a new use of personal information.
